Welcome to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Resources Website The Florida Developmental Disabilities Resources Website is a public reporting resource for individuals with developmental disabilities living in or moving to the State of Florida. The primary purpose of this Website is to help individuals with developmental disabilities find a provider who best meets their needs. Our number one goal in the state of Florida has always been and will continue to be about improving the quality of supports for Florida citizens with developmental disabilities. Delmarva foundation works in partnership with the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). It is important to note that funding for Delmarva does not reduce the amount of money APD has for services or the amount of services you may receive. The values we support and actively promote are rights, choice, full inclusion, health and safety, respect and dignity, and the person’s satisfaction with all services and supports. Information is available for providers who provide services through the Developmental Disabilities or Family and Supported Living Medicaid Waivers. The information is available for providers who have received a performance review from Delmarva Foundation in the past 18 months. Information is available for providers who have billed for a service in the past 12 months and includes: provider name, contact person, address, telephone number, services provided, and location. Results on several performance areas are reported for each provider. Performance areas and a brief description of each are presented here. Providers eligible for a desk review will be identified as being either compliant or non-compliant with the review process.
